There are a variety of online resources available to help you conduct surveys and assessments for your students. One of the most popular is SurveyMonkey.com

Your task is to create an account on SurveyMonkey.com.
(NETS Standard 2: Teachers plan and design effective learning environments and experiences supported by technology).

Once you set up an account, create SIX questions to ask your students.
(NETS Standard 4: Teachers apply technology to facilitate a variety of effective assessment and evaluation strategies)

• Create three multiple-choice questions that utilize higher level thinking skills according to Bloom's Taxonomy, and be assessments OF learning.
• Create three open-ended questions that are assessments FOR learning in order to gain some insight about your students.

A basic membership to SurveyMonkey.com is FREE, and allows users to create up to 10 questions.

CLICK to set up your FREE SurveyMonkey account. A new window will appear. Keep both windows open to help you follow the steps to register.
